"When our son decided he wanted to play football, we were very apprehensive and worried about injuries. However, he wouldn't let go and he was set on joining U14 Sentinels team. As soon as he started practicing, we noticed how much strength and confidence he was gaining, both physically and mentally. The sport has taught him persistence, hard work and accountability. He now has our full support and we are convinced that the sport will benefit him in many ways. The club has been very supportive and our son loves all his coaches and teammates. He will return for his fourth season in spring."

"Stepping into my first football practice was very overwhelming. As an undersized player, stepping onto that football field, surrounded by bigger and more experienced players, made me question whether I really belonged there. There were a lot of things I was worried about, from getting hurt to making mistakes and not being good enough. But those worries didn't last long. From my very first practices, I was welcomed by the coaches and players and made to feel like I was already part of the team. The coaching staff was patient with me, taught me the right way to play, and gave me the confidence to trust myself. The players were supportive and never made me feel like I was out of place. After just a few practices, I started feeling comfortable. I was learning, improving, and most importantly, enjoying myself. That feeling of wondering if I belonged slowly turned into feeling like I had found where I belonged."

"Zack, the Program Director at North Toronto Sentinels Flag Football team, has been an amazing support and resource to my son's football development. He was very generous with his time, answering all of my questions regarding football pathways and development options for my son. He has a clear passion and vision for building the North Toronto Sentinels Flag Football program and my son is so excited to continue to play and learn from him and his coaching staff. We were invited to a trial practice and during one 90-minute practice session, my son received more coaching and skill development than he has in the last 2 years with other programs."
